Actress DIANE LANE has moved to officially end her marriage to JOSH BROLIN by filing divorce papers in Los Angeles. The actors, who wed in August, 2004, quietly parted ways late last year (12), but their split was not made public until Thursday (21Feb13).

Lane signed her divorce papers on Valentine's Day, new documents reveal.

The couple, who were married for eight years, announced their "amicable" split exclusively to Us Weekly.
